2014 DUES, FEES, & MEMBERSHIPS

 

SEMIAHMOO RESORT ASSOCIATION

Dues cover common area maintenance within the resort, including maintaining private roads, street lighting, electricity for entry gates and common area landscaping. 2014 dues are as follows:

 

                    Undeveloped Lot:        $ 29.15 / mo.                             ($ 349.80 / yr.)

                    Lot with a Home:         $ 58.30 / mo.                             ($ 699.60 / yr.)

                    Condominium:             $ 21.86 - 51.01 / mo.            ($ 262.35 - 612.15 / yr.)

 

NEIGHBORHOOD HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATIONS 

Dues provide for the maintenance of any items which only benefit the individual neighborhood. Multi-family neighborhood dues typically include landscape maintenance, fire insurance, homeowner association liability insurance, and exterior building maintenance and repairs (or a portion thereof), but covered items vary by neighborhood. Owners of single family homes maintain their individual properties.

Memberships:

Golf members have use of both golf courses, use of the tennis courts and swimming pool at the Semiahmoo Golf Club, and access to all of the club's social activities and events. You may make advance golf tee times, and will receive a 10% discount on food & beverage and a 20% discount on retail items purchased at the golf clubhouses. Social members have use of the swimming pool at the clubhouse, access to all Golf & Country Club social events, discount privileges throughout the resort, and one round of golf per month, per membership.

* Washington state sales tax not included. Non-residents are those who reside outside a 70-mile radius of Loomis Trail Clubhouse more than 210 days (7 mos.) each year. Junior members are those 22 years of age and under.
