1. To Make a Profit<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re thinking about selling your house<\/a>, you probably have a lot of questions on your mind. Well, here’s some good news \u2013 the latest data shows most sellers get a great return on their investment when they sell. ATTOM<\/em>, a property data provider, explains<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c. . . home sellers made a $121,000 profit on the typical sale in 2023, generating a 56.5 percent return on investment.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s significant. And here\u2019s one contributing factor. During the pandemic, home prices<\/a> skyrocketed. There was way more buyer demand than homes available for sale and that combination pushed prices up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
