This 39% jump in available listings is giving buyers more options and more breathing room when searching for the right property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, closed sales also rose by about <strong>15% year-over-year<\/strong>, signaling that even with more choices, well-priced homes are still moving \u2014 especially in sought-after neighborhoods like Bellingham, Ferndale, Lynden, and Blaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prices Hold Steady Despite More Inventory<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The median sales price in Whatcom County dipped slightly \u2014 down about 1% from July 2024 \u2014 but remains above the $620,000 mark.
