In fact, the numbers tell a very different story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Looking at the Numbers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>From <strong>June 1st to August 31st, 2024<\/strong>, there were <strong>811 sales<\/strong> of single-family homes and condos in Whatcom County. During the same period in <strong>2025<\/strong>, there were <strong>857 sales<\/strong>. That\u2019s an increase year over year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last year, from <strong>September through January<\/strong>, there were a total of <strong>879 sales<\/strong>.
