It’s with great sorrow & heartache that I share with you the following: Lylene passed away in my arms the morning of Jan 2nd.
While we have known for several years that this would be the outcome, knew the process of which she would go through & even knew what her final moments would be like, nothing can prepare you for the emptiness & pain of it actually happening.
In reflection, I can only feel joy & honor that this beautiful woman would have chosen me to stand by her side for the past 56 years.
I have no words to adequately express my feelings about Lylene so I”ll use those of Charlie Landsborough in his song “Love you very Second.”
I welcome you to join us in celebrating Lylene’s life at the Bellingham Ferry Terminal on Friday, February 16th at 1:00pm.
